James I. Pentecost is a native of Jackson, Tennessee. He graduated from Harding University in 1981 and from the University of Memphis School of Law in 1985. He is licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee, the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee of the United States District Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Jim’s practice focuses on civil rights defense, governmental tort defense, and business formation and litigation. |

Donald D. Glenn is also a native of Jackson, Tennessee. He graduated from Union University in 1993 with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and Finance, and from the University of Memphis School of Law in 1996. Donald is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee. His practice focuses on real estate, commercial transactions, business formation, commercial litigation and probate.
Donald has in the past served on the Board of Regional Interfaith Association and as an officer in the local Republican party. He and his family are members of Evangelical Community Church in Jackson Tennesse.

Brandon O. Gibson is a native of Dyersburg, Tennessee. She graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.S. in Agribusiness in 1996 and a Master’s degree in Agribusiness Management in 1997. She graduated from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2000, and after practicing for a year in Tyler, Texas, she moved to Jackson. Brandon is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, the State of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Jackson/Madison County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and is on the Board of Directors for the Memphis/Mid-South Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. She is an appointed member of the Tennessee Post-Conviction Defender Oversight Commission and is a member of the 2012 Tennessee Bar Association’s Leadership Law class. Brandon’s practice focuses on employment litigation defense, civil rights defense, governmental tort defense, and commercial litigation. She is also listed as a Rule 31 Civil Mediator by the Tennessee Commission on Alternative Dispute Resolution.

William B. Mauldin is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. Bill is a 1999 graduate of Union University, earning a B.S. in the majors of History and Political Science. He is a 2003 graduate of the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. Bill is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee, the Western and Middle Districts of the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts of Tennessee, and has argued before the Sixth Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, and the Liaison Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Tennessee, Eastern Division. His practice is focused primarily in the areas of creditor's rights and bankruptcy, commercial law, civil rights defense, governmental tort defense, and collections.
Outside of law, Bill and his family are members and community group leaders at Fellowship Bible Church in Jackson, TN, and they are avid supporters of the University of Memphis Tigers. |

Jon A. York is a native of Jackson, Tennessee. He graduated from Lambuth University in 1997 with a B.A. in political science. He graduated from the Cecil Humphries School of Law at the University of Memphis in 2003. While in law school, Jon was on the University of Memphis Law Review, active in moot court competitions, and received the Deans’ Distinguished Service Award. After law school, Jon was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James D. Todd in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. He is licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee, the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee of the United States District Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, and served as a Board Member for the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association Young Lawyer Division. He is also a Life Member of the Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference and is on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
